What we collect
Conversations & prompts. Messages you send and the responses we return are stored to provide chat history and improve reliability.
Generated images. Images you create with the image tool are stored temporarily so we can deliver them to you.
Payment information. When you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a transaction record (session id, amount, status).
Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
How we use your data
To provide and operate the Novia Ai chat, image generation, and Pro features.
To process payments through Stripe and confirm your purchase.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private conversations to train AI models.
Third-party services
We use third-party model providers (OpenAI for chat, Google for image generation) and Stripe for payments. Your prompts are sent to these providers solely to generate a response, subject to their privacy policies.
Data retention
Chat history is retained while the service is in use. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us — see the Support page.
Children
Novia Ai is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
