You agree to use Novia Ai only for lawful purposes. You will not use it to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the underlying model providers’ usage policies (OpenAI, Google).

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you act on.

Novia Ai uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Verify important information before relying on it. Novia Ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Novia Pro is a one-time $9.99 USD purchase processed through Stripe. Pro unlocks unlimited messages, image generation, and other features described on the pricing page.

Refunds: If you’re unsatisfied within 14 days of purchase, email noviaaisupport@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.

Novia Ai may be used anonymously in your browser. You are responsible for keeping any device or session you use secure.

The Novia Ai brand, design, and code are owned by us. You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to model providers’ terms, you may use outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to Novia Ai if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novia Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
